Kentucky 79 Alabama 67

Kentucky got a chance to avenge one of its losses today, and the Cats came through. After a slow start UK played agressive defense that led to some great offense. This was one of the rare times that all 3 of the juniors played well.

Morris: 17 pts, 8-10 fg, 11 reb, 1 blk, 2 stls
Bradley: 17 pts, 3-9 3fg
Crawford: 16 pts, 2-4 3fg, 2 stls

When we get that kind of production from those players, UK is always going to be in contention to win the game. Meeks played a great game also, and Bobby Perry did exactly what he needed to do to help out.

Meeks: 12 pts, 2-3 3fg, 4 reb, 4 ast
Perry: 10 pts, 2-5 3fg

Jasper didn't have great stats, but he was agressive and actually took 3 shots.

I thought that Tubby was letting Morris sit too long in the 1st half. He was playing better than anybody and had no fouls. But, this ended up helping Morris to be rested for the 2nd half. If UK keeps playing like this, there is only 1 team in the SEC that can beat them.
