UK 77 Charleston 61

Kentucky came out of the gate slowly, but the defense got the Cats going and propelled them to a 16 point win. UK didn't take the lead until the 7:35 mark when Perry Stevenson scored to make it 12-11. Kentucky kept the offense going and ended the half with a 27-15 lead. UK scored 50 in the 2nd half and ended up with an easy win.

Here are some of the positives:

Morris: 17 pts., 8 reb.
Crawford: 15 pts., 5 reb., 2 ast.
Stevenson: 14 pts. 7-7 FG
Meeks: 6 pts., 3 reb., 5 ast.
Team: 48% FG, 32% Def. FG, 17 ast.

Negatives:

Allowed 19 second chance points; Committed 20 turnovers; Perry shot 3-10 (I have no problem with Perry's 7 points, I just wish he would shoot a better %)
