Conference Tournaments

I've added links on the right side of the page, so you can follow all of the conference tournaments. Most of the matchups haven't yet been decided, but the brackets will fill out when all of the regular season games are done.

The Big South, Horizon, and Ohio Valley all get started with their tournaments tonight.

Big South: Winthrop is the clear favorite at 25-4 and 14-0 in conference. They have a chance to get in with an at-large bid, but they would probably need to get to the championship game. If somebody else wins the league, Winthrop may still get in and spoil another bubble team's hopes.

Horizon: Butler has been ranked almost all year, and are a lock for an NCAA bid. But, they lost homecourt advantage to Wright St. If someone other than Butler wins, this will be a 2 bid league.

OVC: Really rewards regular season play by only taking 8 teams to the tournament, and letting the top 4 teams host the first round. Austin Peay won the league and should be the favorite. The rest of the conference was jammed together with a 3-way tie for 2nd. This is a one bid league no matter who wins.
