Kentucky 79, Chattanooga 63

Kentucky beat Chatanooga by 16 in Louisville to give the Cats a 5-3 record. Kentucky led by 15 at the half and jumped out to a 25 point lead, but UTC was able to come back. The flow of the game was completely changed when Jasper was given a technical foul on a very questionable call. The lead got down to 9 with 4:15 left, but Crawford and Bradley made 2 straight 3's to give the Cats some more breathing room.

Morris once again had a very strong game, especially in the first half. The story of the night was how much better Bradley played at the 2 guard than at the point. He looked much more comfortable, he shot better, and even had 5 ast. and 6 reb. Crawford and Perry also both had strong games. Some of the problems were that UK committed 20 turnovers, and the bench scored just 3 points.

I liked Tubby's aggressive coaching style, it seemed to get the players more aggressive too. I also liked his lineup and substitutions. I was also really glad to see UK to start shooting well again from outside. When we have the inside-outside combination working, we are a very tough team to beat.

Starting Lineup:

Jasper
Bradley
Crawford
Perry
Morris
